HTC One X: Unbiased Review

Features and Design of HTC One X

The HTC One X is a terrific smartphone that runs on Android 4.0 and works on the very fast 4G LTE network. It has a 4.7 inch Gorilla Glass Infinity screen that is scratch-resistant and durable. Its curved back design makes it easier to handle and more comfortable to hold.

The HTC One X also comes with the new HTC Sense 4. Sense 4 is a fantastic collection of features and tools that include camera, audio, syncing and more. The 8MP camera starts up in a split second, allows you to shoot 1080p HD videos while simultaneously capturing images as well as rapid-fire continuous shooting that continues to take pictures as long as you hold down the button so that you get the shot you want on the first take.

Also has a 1.3MP front facing camera that allows for 720p HD video and photo capturing. Other camera features are the zero shutter lag, Auto flash, video stabilization, slow motion video capture playback, Group Portrait, Smile Capture, Panorama, and Portrait Mode.

The HTC One X has a rich and authentic sound provided by built-in Beats Audio and Surround Sound. HTC Music Keeps your music organized and allows you to access all your favorite songs, music services, and internet radio from one location.

Also provided in Sense 4 is HTC Car mode. Car mode is designed specifically for car trips and makes navigating all your favorites like music, directions, calendar and more safe and easy while driving. The One X also exhibits terrific browsing.

HTC Sense will automatically resize web pages to fit on the screen so you don’t have to swipe side to side to read your article. This feature also lets you save videos and articles for later, in case where you are heading does not have internet connection. Another nice feature while browsing is the ability to remove all ads and banners from the page so you can focus better on what is at hand.

The One X also comes with online storage, supports multiple email accounts, and allows your inbox to be customized. Other features like Notes lets you record all types of media, like photos and conversations, to one convenient location. Advanced call and gesture features allow you to control conversations by simply moving your phone. Also comes with the Trace Keyboard feature for faster typing.

Pros:

Big and bright screen, 4G LTE speed, great camera and camera features, fast performance, Sense 4, Trace keyboard, battery life, good storage, great design, and responsive user interface.

Cons:

No quad core, no SD card slot for expandable memory, non-removable battery, some sync functions need work, poor multitasking, exclusive to AT&T, and some complaints that settings are not always held.

We hope this review was helpful to you.  Look online for deals on HTC phones.  There is a lot of valuable information available before selecting the phone for you.
