After a long wait it's finally here, Facebook has released a new version of its messenger app specifically designed for the iPad. iPhone users have already enjoying the Facebook messenger for some time, now iPad users can also enjoy.
The iPad version of Facebook messenger offers same features which the iPhone version has, plus Facebook adding some new features in both version of the app. The Facebook messenger app for iPad includes most of the Messenger features that we find on other versions such as stickers, easy group chat navigation, and VoIP calling.
IPad version of the messenger offers a multi-window interface where you can see your current conversation and threads simultaneously.
It is very important for Facebook to make its messenger app supported by more device for its long-term goal of disrupting SMS and owning the mobile chat space. However the company has not given any hint regarding its messenger version optimised for Android tablets.
