Its installation is simple but the way it is explained on its website is little bit confusing. So here are simply explained installation process of IntenseDebate in your blogs.
Install IntenseDebate in Blogger Blog
• Go to intensedebate.com and sign in to your account.• Hover your mouse on Sites tab at the top and click Add blog/site.
Note: If you don't see any add blog/site option then go to this address- intensedebate.com/install
• Enter your blog URL and go to next step to choose your platform. Since you are using Blogger choose blogger and continue.
• Now go to your Blogger account and choose the blog on which you want to install IntenseDebate.
• Download full template by going to Template › Backup / Restore
• Upload the template on IntenseDebate that you have just downloaded. After you have uploaded your template IntenseDebate will generate a new template code. Copy the full code and paste it in place of your existing blogger template by going to Edit HTML option.
• Save your template and you have installed Intense Debate in your blogger blog.
Install IntenseDebate in WordPress Blog
• Sign in to your IntenseDebate account and add a site/blog.• Select WordPress as a platform.
• Download IntenseDebate WordPress Plugin.
• Now upload the file in the wp-content/plugins folder on your blog.
• You have to activate the plugin before start using it. Go to Plugins in your WordPress and find IntenseDebate Comments in the list. Click Activate.After activation you will get a message in your WordPress admin panel. The message will guide you further.
