Control/Limit Who Sees You Online On Chat In Facebook

When your friends see that you are online on Facebook they try to chat with you, but it is not always possible that you are free to chat. Maybe you are busy on other online work. In this case you can control the privacy of Facebook chat or limit the people who sees you online in Facebook chat.

Control Your Chat Visibility on Facebook

• To control the chat visibility click on the options button at the bottom of the chat which looks like this icon and go to Advanced Settings.

• It will give you three visibility options:

i) All your friends see you except: In this option you can enter the name of your Facebook friends you want to appear as offline.

ii) Only some friends see you: In this option enter the name of your friends you want to appear as online and all other friends will see you as offline.

iii) No one sees you (go offline): Select this option if you want to appear as offline to all your friends.

So from the above three options you can select according to your need.
