10. You will see all the Store Folder items, copy all the items stored with .dbx extension
11. Create a backup folder; name it ‘OEbackup’ (you can give any name to this folder)
12. Open ‘OEbackup’ folder
13. Paste the Store Folder items that you copied in Step 10.
You now have a backup copy of Outlook email items
