Huawei has teamed up with Japanese golf brand Honma to release a special edition of the Watch GT 6 Pro. The Honma x Huawei Watch GT 6 Pro features a luxurious golden titanium bezel and is aimed at golf enthusiasts and premium smartwatch users. It launched today in China and select markets.
This collaboration brings a high-end look to Huawei’s flagship smartwatch. The bezel is made from lightweight titanium with a gold PVD coating, giving it a premium, elegant finish. The watch keeps the same 1.5-inch AMOLED display as the standard GT 6 Pro, with sharp 466 × 466 resolution and always-on capability.
Key health and sports features include:
- ECG (electrocardiogram) for heart rhythm monitoring
- Blood oxygen (SpO2) tracking
- Continuous heart rate
- Stress monitoring
- Sleep analysis
- Over 100 workout modes, including dedicated golf tracking with swing analysis and course maps
Battery life is a standout: up to 21 days on typical use, 10 days with always-on display, or 7 days with heavy GPS and health tracking. It charges fully in about 60 minutes. The watch runs HarmonyOS 5.0 with support for calls, notifications, music control, and payments via Huawei Wallet. It is water-resistant up to 5 ATM and works with both Android and iOS phones.
The Honma edition comes in a special gift box with a branded strap and golf-themed accessories. Pricing starts at around ¥2,999 in China (approximately $420), a slight premium over the standard GT 6 Pro. This is the first time Huawei has partnered with Honma for a watch. It appeals to golf players who want style, long battery, and reliable health tracking in one device.
