Gmail Offline App Gets Updated

When Gmail Offline App was launched last year, Gmail announced that it is only the starting of HTML5 powered offline app. From then, on the basis of feedback Google has now made some improvements in its new updated Gmail Offline App. Below are the updated features in the new Gmail Offline.

• Addition of the new settings page which you can use by clicking the icon like this:

• Now you have the option to choose whether you want to synchronize 7, 14 or 31 days worth of mail. So next time when you access Gmail you can tackle up to 31 days of mail all while offline.

• It has improved attachment and are now downloaded and available for for offline use.

• If you have enabled keyboard shortcuts in your Gmail, all your settings will be transferred to Gmail Offline app.

• It has now more performance enhancements that is you can download messages and attachments at a faster rate.
