It's still simple in Timeline but people getting difficulties in findings even basic options. One of the basic option that people want to use is to hide their friend list from public and making them visible to only them or only friends. You can still perform this option in the Timeline doing couple of processes.
1. Log into your Facebook profile and click Update Info.
2. In the next window click the About option and from drop-down menu select Friends.
3. Click Edit and select your preference.
4. Save it and your friend list is hidden.
