Create Shutdown and Restart Buttons on Windows 8 Start Screen

Many of us have started using Windows 8 by downloading its consumer preview version. There are two most discussed features of Windows8. The former is its new metro design interface having live tiles to show online updates and the other feature of Windows 8 is Start Menu goes out of. There is no start menu in Windows 8.

So if there is no start menu in Windows 8 how can we perform power options like shutdown, restart, sleep, etc. You can perform these options from going to Start Screen –> Settings –> Power. To get settings option press shortcut key Win+C.
