How To Add/Embed A Contact Form In Your Blogger Blog

Creating a Contact Us page in your blog is very helpful in getting the response from your blog fans and visitors. But to create a contact page the first thing you need is to create a contact form which you will add in that page. I am giving this tutorial for Blogger blogs but it can also be used in a WordPress blog. I know that people using WordPress blogs are very much aware of HTML and CSS so they can create their own forms, but there are some newbies who will require this tutorial.

Creating A Contact Us Form In Your Blog

It is a very simple process of creating contact form using Google Docs (now Google Drive). Follow the steps below.

• Go to Google Drive and log in.

• Click on the Create button and select the Form option.

• Now you will get the window from where you can edit the contact from.

• In place of Untitled form you can write the title of the form, for example Contact Us or Contact form.

• In place of question 1. write Name and in place of question 2. write Email Address and click Done. You can add more questions if you want to add more items otherwise your form will show only Name and  Email Address .

• Now click Add item on the top left corner of the page and click Paragraph text. This will add the text box in your form on which your visitors can write queries.

• After you have completed the form it will look like this.

• Now copy the code of the form by clicking the More actions > Embed

• Create a new page as Contact Us and go to your post editor in HTML view and paste the code. Now you can see the form in your blog.

You can adjust the width and height of your form.

Now whenever anyone submits the form you will get notified through your email and it will also show in the spreadsheet which you can see through Google drive.
