Use Gmail To Send Emails from Another Address

Creating and managing different email addresses is very difficult and sometimes we lose the username or password of emails we do not use regularly. But now there is a way to overcome this problem. Now you can send emails from different addresses using Gmail only. You will send email from Gmail and the recipient will get that email form the address you have specified. It's not a trick but one of Gmail features for its users. So follow the steps below to add your favorite email addresses in your Gmail account.

Send emails from different addresses using Gmail

Log into your Gmail account as you always do. Click the gear icon (Settings option) at the top right corner. Go to Accounts tab and click 'Add another email address you own' under the option Send mail as. See below




You will get a pop up window after clicking the option (shown  above with arrow). Enter your name and the email address you want to add. You can also specify a different "reply-to" address. Click next step and choose the first option 'Send through Gmail' which is easy to set up. 


Now go to next window and click Send Verification. A verification code has been send to your address which you have added here. Open your email address and copy the code to verify this process. Paste the code in the given box and click verify.


Add another address to Gmail account


Now the process is completed. Go to compose message and there you will see a drop-down list in the From option field, and from there you can select the address you want to use.




Now you can send emails from different address using your one Gmail address.
