Here I will explain you some points why even after successful verification Google is not showing your name and image in search result. I will not explain how to implement it because I am assuming that you have verified you authorship markup. Reasons Why Your Picture Is Not Showing In Google Search Results

I implemented for Authorship four months ago and waited but it did not show my image. The most important point to get your image in search results is that you must provide your own pic showing your face in Google Plus profile. I mean to say that Google accept only photos having living beings. So you must upload in Google Plus your pic or pic of any other person but it should be of any human being.

I have tested it and as you can see my picture is coming in search results. I changed my pic from moon to my original pic and within a week it started showing in search. Below you can see the two images that I used in my G Plus profile.

Another reason for not showing your image in search is that may be your Google Plus profile picture is not in square. If it is rectangle or triangle in shape it will not show your image. Your picture must be in square as you can see my above image.
